South Jordan financial services firm is looking for an office assistant to help with administrative, technology and marketing activities.
Part time position (15-30 hours per week), with full-time potential for a valuable and productive candidate.
$10-$12/HR to start, depending on experience.
Applicants must:
• Have experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Be familiar with web-based publishing operations, and be familiar with social networking concepts.
• Be flexible enough to work with and support a small group of professionals, yet consistent enough to be reliable and dependable.
• Be able to pass a background check and submit to finger printing through BCI.
Though this is not a sales position of any sort, applicants must be comfortable with transacting business and research operations via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
